Team Registration
Event Location: Old Monroe Community Ballpark
(197 Elm Street, Old Monroe, MO 63369)
Date/Time: September 21st, 7am start time
Cost: $480/team of 12 players, $40/additional players
Requirements: 4 girls minimum, 10 player per team minimum
Rules: ASA, 2x game guarantee, double elimination
Team shirts and game balls are included in the registration fee.
Sizes will be collected after invoice is paid.
Once you sign up you will be invoiced via QuickBooks Online. You have 7 days to pay the invoice or your spot will be given to another team and you must fill out this form again to be reconsidered.

Elite (SPOTS FILLED) - $500: Logo listed on main event banner (advertised on Main Street in Old Monroe leading up to the tournament), announcement during tournament, logo pictured on team shirts, logo pictured on concession cups, logo on event flyers, specialized shoutout Facebook posts leading up to the event
Tier 3 (1x available) - $150: Name listed on main event banner (advertised on Main Street in Old Monroe leading up to the tournament), name listed on team shirts, logo pictured on concession cups, shoutout on Facebook
Tier 2 (13x available) - $100: Name listed on team shirts, name listed on concession cups, shoutout on Facebook
Tier 1 (15x available) - $50: Name listed on team shirts, shoutout on Facebook
