Mandy Carl
President
Mandy lives in Winfield with her husband and two daughters. She works locally at the People's Bank and Trust Co. out of the Winfield branch. There she is a Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President.
When Mandy is not busy planning and working behind the scenes with the community partners you will find her spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
She is passionate about:

-Making connections and building lasting partnerships
-Breaking down barriers between community members and area stakeholders
Sarah Valenza
Secretary
Sarah Valenza join us from the Lincoln County Health Department. There she is a Public Information Specialist. Sarah joined CPELC because she was passionate about helping the organization grow.

Cailyn Meyer
Treasurer
Cailyn joined Community Partners of Eastern Lincoln County with the vision and drive to improve our community's financial fitness and make our name synonymous with business education. Cailyn has focused on developing the organization with great integrity.
She is passionate about:
-Supporting local business and community reinvestment
-Making positive and lasting relationships within our communities
-Educating business owners helping them reach their financial goals
